Two blogs or not two blogs, that is the question

My previous blog
www.JamesBliss.com/blog
is now fixed.

Not before time, either.

A combination of updating PHP, re-writing the .htaccess file and, a good ol’ fashioned smack to the side of the server and, hey presto, it’s back online.

Hmmm … what to do?

This blog – the one you’re reading now – was set up as a replacement to the aforementioned one that was previously sunset (yes, I know that sunset is a noun and not a verb; however, go tell that to several million natives of the USA who think it is perfectly fine to calendarize, etc. – Samuel Johnson will be rotisserizing in his grave). Anyway, I digress …

So, as a glutton for punishment – and in response to MITrich‘s excellent suggestions – I have decided to separate the main contents of my blog(s) into their own separate blogs. As I said to Rich yesterday, “I think it’ll be easier to split an atom in my garage with a hammer and chisel than split my blogs’ content”; however, I’m going to do it.

I’ll probably bugger the lot in the process – still nothing ventured nothing gained.

    James-

Can you add in an RSS feed, or an email subscription utility? How about Facebook and Twitter buttons? Or, maybe, are you linked to Facebook and/or Twitter? Not being pushy, just trying to be constructive.

Constructive criticism is most welcome, thanks.

Yes, indeed. Will be adding email updates (most probably using Feedburner), social links and RSS feed ASAP.

Thanks for the reminder – like I haven’t got enough to do :-)

      Keep those comments coming.
